不同再矿化处理对HP漂白后釉质表面性能影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨体外条件下不同再矿化方式处理漂白后的牙釉质对牙釉质表面物理性能变化的影响。方法选取适当牛牙釉质块,随机分为四组。A组:人工唾液组;B组:0.09%氟化钠溶液组;C组:护牙素组;D组:含氟护牙素组。测量漂白前、漂白后即刻,再矿化一周及再矿化两周各时间点硬度(KHN)和颜色(L,a,b值),并进行单因素方差分析。结果漂白后各组显微硬度显著降低,再矿化处理阶段,A组显微硬度基本不变, B、C组再矿化两周,显微硬度值升高(P〈0.05),D组再矿化一周即出现差异(P〈0.05),两周时再矿化效果增加。各组ΔE值漂白后升高7.22~7.85,再矿化1周降低1.35~1.69,除C组降低值与漂白后即刻无差异外,其余各组均有统计学意义。结论使用护牙素及含氟护牙素能减少颜色回复程度,使牙齿颜色更亮。 Objective To discuss effects of remineralization procedures on the surface physical properties of enamel after HP bleaching. Methods All the bovine blocks were distributed randomly among four groups:group A:artificial saliva;group B:0.09%sodium fluoride solution;group C:tooth mousse;group D:tooth mousse plus 0.09%sodium fluoride. Color (L, a, b values) and hardness (KHN) were measured at before and after bleach, and 1 week and 2 weeks after remineralization. The results were analyzed by single factor analysis of variance, and appearance of ada-mantine layer was observed by electron microscope after remineralization process. Results The surface microhard-ness value got smaller after bleaching in each group. There was no significant difference in group A during remineral-ization process, while significant difference was observed one week after remineralization in group D (P〈0.05) and two weeks after remineralization in group B and group C (P〈0.05). There was no pittings in group D and less pittings, erosions in group B, C.ΔE increased 7.22~7.85 units after bleaching, decreased 1.35~1.69 units one week after remin-eralization and remained the same in the rest time, there was significant difference one week after remineralization in groups A, B, D except group C. Conclusion Using tooth mousse with or without sodium fluoride could decrease the relapse of tooth color, thus increase the aesthetic effect.
