摘要
目的探讨彩超引导下不同内径粗针在经皮肺活检术中的临床应用价值。方法选取2012年1月至2013年12月间在我院住院的接受超声引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的患者120例,随机分为粗针16G组及细针18G组,回顾性分析不同内径粗针穿刺活检成功率、并发症及病理结果等。结果 120例中118例患者例穿刺活检成功(粗针16G组成功率100%,细针18G组成功率98.33%);活检诊断正确率98.33%(118/120);并发症发生率16G组5.00%(3/60),细针18G组3.33%(2/60)。结论 16G粗针同18G粗针一样安全,而且更有利于病理科处理和组织学分型。
Objective To explore the application value of needle（ in different diameter） in percutaneous lung biopsy guided by colour ultrasound. Methods 120 patients, those who received ultrasound - guided percutaneous needle biopsy during January 2011 and December 2012 in our hospital, were randomly divided into 18G needle group and 16G needle group, retrospectively analyzed the success rate, complications, and pathology results of needle biopsy of the two groups. Results 118 in 120 patients were successfully biopsy （ success rate of 16G needle group was 100% , and was 98.33% inl8G group） , accuracy rate of biopsy was 98.33% （ 118/ 120）, complication rate of 16G group was 5.00% （3/60） and 18G group was 3.33% （2/60）. Conclusions 16G needle is as safe as 18G needle, and more conducive for the pathology department processing and histological typing.
