摘要
目的 :通过对内眼手术眼局部消毒处理前后 ,睑缘、结膜囊细菌培养的分析 ,寻找出一种无菌、抑菌、无毒、无刺激的冲洗液。方法 :白内障、青光眼患者 6 0例 ( 6 0眼 )手术当日做术眼清洗处理前及清洗消毒处理后睑缘、结膜囊的普通细菌培养。结果 :清洗处理前 ,6 0眼进行睑缘细菌培养 ,2 4眼有菌生长 (阳性率 40 % ) ;清洗消毒处理后 ,7眼仍有菌生长 ( 2 9.1% )。清洗处理前 ,结膜囊细菌培养 ,17眼有菌生长 (阳性率 2 8.3% ) ;清洗消毒后 ,5眼仍有菌生长 ( 2 9.4% )。讨论 :配制具有清洁、抑菌作用的冲洗液冲洗结膜囊 ,及具有去污、去脂、无菌、无毒、无刺激的皮肤清洁剂。可以进一步提高手术野及无菌率 。
Object:To find out a sort of aseptic,bactericidal,innocuous,non stimulative rinsing solution by the analysis of general bacterial culture preoperative and postoperative eyelid and conjunctiva sac.Methods:general bacterial culture preoperative and postoperative eyelid and conjunctiva sac.were performed on 60 patients with cataracts and glaucomas Results:We have performed general bacterial culture of eyelids and conjunctiva sacs.For the sixty eyelids,before cleaned,24 eyes were found with bacteria(40%);and after sterilized,7 eyes remained with bacteria(29 1%).For the sixty conjunctiva sacs,before cleaned,17 eyes were found with bacteria(28 3%);after sterilized,5 eyes remained with bacteria(29 4%).Conclusion:The rinsing solution with asepsis,bactericide,innocuity,nonstimulation and removing protein deposits,oil,debris has the potent ability to improve asepsis rate and guarantee operative safety and reliability.
