SBS/AT复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘要 研究了改性凹土(AT)用量对SBS力学性能和加工性能的影响,并对SBS/AT复合材料进行了差示扫描量热分析(DSC)。结果表明,在实验范围内,随着AT用量的增大,复合材料拉伸强度和拉断伸长率均逐渐下降,定伸应力和撕裂强度均逐步升高;含10份AT的复合材料加工稳定性最好,外观质量较高,其DSC曲线在80℃~180℃区间无明显吸热现象。 Effects of content of AT on physical-mechanical properties and processability of SBS/ attapulgite(AT) composites were investigated and the SBS/AT composites were studied by using differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The results showed that in the range of experiments, the tensile strength and elongation at break of the composites decreased with the increase of AT content, modulus and tear strength increased. The composite had the best stability when AT content was 10 phr, and the surface quality was higher, and no obviously endothermic phenomenon occurred on the DSC curve in range of 80 ℃-180 ℃.
