摘要
数字技术为电机测试领域的发展带来了深刻的变化。本文选用西门子CPU模块作为PLC控制系统,结合电机测试领域发展现状,通过对系统软件及硬件设计方案的改进和优化,包括对CPU模块、I/O模块,以及通讯模块的运算和控制,并从程序设计流程到调试顺序的设定上,来满足对整个DP控制网络功能的阐述。
Digital technology has brought profound changes to the development of the field of motor testing.The Siemens CPU module as PLC control system, combined with the development status of the motor testing field,by improving and optimizing the system software and hardware design,including modules of CPU module,I/O communication module,and the operation and the control,and the program design process to debug setting,to meet the DP control the function of network.
