摘要
目的分析尿沉渣分析仪检测尿液有形成分的结果。方法收集430例尿液标本,分别采用手工尿沉渣镜检和尿沉渣分析仪检测的方法对尿液中的红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞进行检测,比较两种检测方法的阳性率、符合率及相关性。结果以手工尿沉渣镜检结果为金标准,尿沉渣分析仪检测红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞的假阳性率分别为3.85%、12.17%和11.82%;两种检查方法在检测红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞的相关系数分别为0.784、0.977和0.803。结论尿沉渣分析仪检测尿液有形成分具有简便、快捷的优势,但仍存在一定的假阳性率,尤其是红细胞和上皮细胞的检测结果需结合镜检进行判断。
Objective To analyze the results of microscopic detection of 430 samples of urinary sediment with urine analyzer. Methods A total of 430 urine specimens were collected, and visible components as red blood cells, white blood cells and epithelial cells were microscopically detected by urine analyzer. Then the difference in results between two detection methods had been compared. Results The results obtained by manual microscopic examination as the gold standard, the false positive rates of urine analyzer in detection of red blood cells, white blood cells and epithelial cells were 3.85%, 12.17% and 11.82% respectively; the correlation coefficients of two detection methods in detection of red blood cells, white blood cells and epithelial cells were 0. 784, 0. 977 and 0. 803 respectively. Conclusion Urine Analyzer has the advantages of simplex and quickness, but there is still a certain portion of false positive rate, especially in the detection of red blood cells and epithelial cells, hence their detection should be combined with microscopic examination.
