摘要
目的 :评估尼莫地平对夹挫式脊髓损伤的神经保护作用。方法 :健康SD大鼠 30只 ,动脉瘤夹压迫法制作脊髓损伤模型 ,使近于全瘫 ,随机分尼莫地平治疗组及对照组 ,饲养 4周 ,于 4周末行Tarlov评分及斜板试验、脊髓体感诱发电位 (SCEP)检测 ,取材行HE、Cajal银染色并行计算机图像分析 ,损伤段下方行 5 HT免疫组化染色。结果 :Tarlov评分及斜板试验结果 :治疗组均较对照组有显著增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,SCEP恢复百分率及图像分析残留组织百分率均显示治疗组明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,5 HT免疫组化染色 :治疗组前角表达明显强于对照组。结论
Objective: To evaluate the neuro protective effects of Nimodipine by means of making rat model of spinal cord injury,performing immunohistochemical staining of 5 HT and testing spinal cord evoked potential (SCEP),Tarlov scale and inclined plane test,as well as pathological methods. Method:Thirty health SD rats were injured to almost paralysis by aneurysm clip and randomly allocated into nimodipine group and control group.At the end of post-operative 4th week,a series of tests were performed,included Tarlov scale,inclinng plane test,spinal cord evoked potential,pathohistological changes and immunohistochemical activity of 5 HT in ventral horn of spinal cord,as well as image analysis.Result:The results of Tarlov scale and inclined plane test showed that of Nimodipine group increased more significantly than of control group( P<0.01 ).The recovery rate of SCEP and reserved spinal cord tissue showed that of Nimodipine group higher than that of control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The immunohistochemicl staining of 5 HT showed there was absent of 5 HT fibers in ventral horn of control group but that of treated group was more obviously present.Conclusion:Nimodipine conjunctive with adren aline showed neuro protective effects in treating of early spinal cord injury.The model of spinal cord injury produced by aneurysm clip was reliable.
