摘要
利用肉桂醛与苯胺经过脱水缩合合成了一种新型席夫碱酸化缓蚀剂,反应条件为:90℃,n(苯胺)∶n(肉桂醛)=1∶1.2,反应时间6h。通过静态失重法实验研究了盐酸浓度、缓蚀剂浓度、腐蚀温度、腐蚀时间、Fe3+浓度等因素对缓蚀性能的影响,结果表明,腐蚀速率随腐蚀温度的升高、腐蚀时间的增加以及盐酸浓度和Fe3+浓度的升高而增大;随缓蚀剂浓度的升高而减小;其缓蚀效果满足石油行业标准中一级缓蚀剂产品指标的要求。电化学极化曲线和交流阻抗实验结果表明,该席夫碱缓蚀剂在P110钢表面形成了一种吸附膜,并且是一种以抑制阴极反应过程为主、作用机理属于"几何覆盖效应"的混合型缓蚀剂。
Cinnamic aldehyde and aniline were used to synthesize a new Schiff base acidification inhibitor by dehydration condensation when reacted at 90 ℃ for 6 h.with molar ratio of aniline ∶ cinnamic aldehyde 1 ∶ 1.2.Effects of acid concentration,inhibitor concentration,corrosion temperature,corrosion time and Fe3+ concentration factors on corrosion inhibition performance were studied by static weight loss experiment.The results indicated that the corrosion rate increased with the increasing of corrosion temperature,corrosion time,acid concentration and Fe3+ concentration while decreased with the increasing of corrosion inhibitor concentration.The corrosion inhibition effect corresponds with the first level product requirements in the bill of oil industry corrosion inhibitor standard SY/T 5405-1996,"test methods and performance evaluation of acidification inhibitor".Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and polarization curves results show that the steel corrosion inhibitor form an absorbed film in the surface of P110.It is a kind of mixed Inhibitor with a process to suppress the main cathodic reaction and reaction mechanism of "geometric coverage effect".
