摘要
当城市早期教育已经发展到争夺优质教育资源的阶段时,西部农村早期教育还处于从无到有的过程中。随着城市化进程的推进以及农村父母早期教育观念的转变,农村居民对早期教育的需求迅速增加,然而当前农村早期教育的供给无法满足迅速增加的需求。供需矛盾"倒逼"体制变革的压力已经形成,农村早期教育的供给迫切需要进行新的制度设计。通过发展多元化供给制度,制定服务基准以及完善监督机制等,更好地为农村儿童提供满意的早期教育。
While esrly childhood education and care in urban focus on high quality services, rural ECEC service in the west of China is growing out of nothing. With the urbanization development and the change of parents＇ attitude towards ECEC, the demand for ECEC in rural area is expanded rapid- ly. But the total supply and the supply structure cannot meet the demand. The contradiction between supply and demands pushed forward the institutional reform of ECEC supply in west rural region. In order to supply satisfied ECEC services for rural children, we need to develop a multi-supply system and service benehmarks and improve the supervision mechanism.
