摘要
以山羊粪污颗粒、蔬菜渣和稻草为原料,在自行设计的生化反应器中,进行了强制通风静态好氧堆肥试验研究。大约在27 d左右堆肥的堆体物料即可完全腐熟,堆料状态稳定,羊粪颗粒松软、内芯由绿色转变为黑褐色,且具有泥土气味。羊粪、菜渣和稻草按照20∶1∶1的湿料质量比例为最佳堆肥配方,其完全腐熟所需时间最短,最终产物碳氮比(C/N)为15.15、有机质占总质量的67.64%、总N质量分数为2.59%、总P(P2O5)质量分数为2.82%,产物中粪大肠菌群数<3个/g,未检验出蛔虫卵,实现了无害化处理。
Co-composting of goat dung with wastes of vegetable and haulm was carried out in a spe- cially designed compost system with four bioreactors, which could be used for the investigation of sim- ultaneously composting the materials with different formulations. The results show that the best mass ratio of goat dung, vegetable and hauhn is 20: 1:1 and time of the compost process can be shortened to 27 days by this new technology. The outside and insider color of the goat dung turns to black, and smell fragrant like the soil after the composting process. The final product contains organic substance 67.64%, total nitrogen 2.59% and total phosphorus 2.82% and the final C/N 15.15. The fecal co- liforms are less than 3 per gram and ascarid egg in the final product is not checked out. This compost technology could turn goat dung into better organic fertilizer and make it harmless.
