摘要
阐述了高磁导率、低损耗NiCuZn铁氧体磁片在近距离无线通讯技术(NFC)中的应用,氧化物烧结法制备铁氧体的工艺步骤。详细介绍了主成分配方和微量添加剂的选取以及对该类NiCuZn铁氧体的影响,并介绍了NiCuZn铁氧体磁片的国内外发展动态,指出了NiCuZn铁氧体磁片研究中的不足。
Using of the NiCuZn ferrite sheet with high permeability and low loss in the near field communication (NFC)was explained,as well as the process steps of sintering ferrite.The effect and using method of main composition and addition to this kind of NiCuZn ferrite was presented detailedly.The development status of homeland and abroad of the NiCuZn ferrite sheet was recommended,and pointing out the lack of research in the NiCuZn ferrite.
