摘要
目的:探究传统的中医外科"消法"用于治疗各种疮疡的实际效果,寻找到治疗各种疮疡的标准方法。方法:在2010年10月～2012年12月这一段时间里,我院收治了308例患者,将患者随机分配,共分两组,分别称为实验组(154例患者)和对照组(154例患者)。实验组运用中医外科的"消法",采取内消与外治相结合治疗各种疮疡;对照组则使用抗生素治疗各种疮疡。比较实验组和对照组的治疗效果。结果:实验组的总有效率(96.10%)要比对照组(88.96%)明显高,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医外科"消法"治疗各种疮疡的疗效显著,值得广大医务工作者认真钻研、临床推广。
Objective：To explore effect of TCM“Xiaofa” on treating skin and external diseases, to find the standard approach. Methods：In 2010 October to 2012 December this period of time, 308 patients were divided into 2 groups, experimental group （154 patients） and control group （154 patients）. The experimental group used TCM“Xiaofa”in treating skin and external diseases;the control group was treated by antibiotics. To compared the two groups. Results：The total efficiency of the experimental group （96.10%） than in the control group （88.96%） was significantly higher, difference was significant, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The curative effect of Chinese medicine surgery“method”the TCM“Xiaofa”in treating skin and external diseases is significantly, worthy of application.
