严寒情况下体育运动与中性粒细胞的关系分析模型

摘要 目的:研究严寒情况下体育运动与中性粒细胞的关系。方法:针对40名某大学体育科学学院男生,分成常温对照组、常温运动组、低温对照组、低温运动组,每次分别测定各组在安静时和游泳运动后,即刻耳血中性粒细胞糖原含量。结果:安静情况下,运动员中性粒细胞糖原阳性率几乎百分之百,低温运动后即刻中性粒细胞阳性率显著降低。常温下运动员中性粒细胞糖原积分较高,低温环境下运动员中性细胞吞噬活动也降低。常温对照组和低温对照的粒细胞较运动前都要显著性提高(P<0.05)。结论:严寒环境下体育运动后中性细胞糖原强度积分降低,中性细胞吞噬活动降低,粒细胞糖原明显低于常温运动。 Objective: to study relationship between sport and neutrophils under the cold case. Method:40 boys a university sports science institute, divided into normal control group, movement under normal temperature, low temperature, low temperature control group exercise group, every time, respectively between groups in quiet and after swimming, instantly ear blood neutrophil glycogen content. Results:quiet, athletes neutrophil glycogen positive rate one hundred percent, almost instantly neutrophils were significantly reduced after motion at low temperature. Athletes neutrophil glycogen integral under normal temperature is higher, athletes neutral cell to gobble up activities under low temperature environment is also reduced. Normal control group and low temperature controlled granulocyte before exercise is significantly increased (P〈0.05). Conclusion: cold environment neutral cells after a workout intensity of glycogen is integral, neutral cells engulf activity decreased, granulocyte glycogen significantly lower than the normal movement.
