摘要
【目的】 探讨茶多酚对石英致大鼠肺巨噬细胞DNA损伤的保护作用。【方法】 将肺巨噬细胞分成生理盐水、石英、茶多酚及茶多酚 +石英组。用单细胞凝胶电泳技术检测肺巨噬细胞彗星率出现和彗星尾长度。【结果】 低、中、高 3种剂量的茶多酚 +石英组的彗星出现率分别为 6 6 %、6 8%、6 7% ,极显著低于石英组的 78%(P <0 0 1) ;3种剂量的茶多酚加石英组彗星的尾长分别为 12 6± 2 2、13 6± 1 17、12 9± 2 6 μm ,与石英组 (18 7± 2 7) μm比较 ,极显著短于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。【结论】 茶多酚对石英致大鼠肺巨噬细胞DNA损伤有一定保护作用。
Objective To study preventive effects of tea polyphenols on DNA damage induced by quartz in the alveolar macrophages of rat. Methods The alveolar macrophages were divided into six groups:the control group,quartz group,tea polyphenols group, tea polyphenol+low, middle, high quartz group.Single cell gel electrophoresis technique was adopted to analysie the comet rate and the length of comet tail of the alevolar macrophages. Results Compared with the quartz group,the comet rate of all tea polyphenols+quartz groups was move lower ( P <0\^01).There were also significant differents of the length of comet tail between the quartz group and all quartz+tea polyphennonols+quartz groups. Conclusion It's suggested that Tea polyphenols could protect the DNA damage induecd by quartz in the alveolar macrophages of rat.
