摘要
2012年6月,美国教育部职业与成人教育办公室正式推行"支持各州职业技术教育与成人教育就业力标准"项目,构建"就业技能框架",以建立适用于所有职业的就业技能评估标准。美国各州对就业力评估的标准和模式进行了相应修改和完善。项目凸显了就业技能在就业力结构框架中的地位,其对就业力评估质量本身的关注,以及通过就业力评估提升职业教育和成人教育项目质量的策略,值得反思与借鉴。
In June 2012, the Office of Vocational and Adult Education of the Department of Education in the USA formally issued the project of "Support for States Employability Standards in CTE and Adult Education", which tries to build up the employability skills assessment criteria applicable to all occupational areas. Different states amended and improved the existing employability assessment criteria and models accordingly. The highlighted importances of the employability skills in employability framework, the focus of the project on the assessment itself, and the strategy of improving the qualities of the CTE and adult education programs by employability assessments, are worthwhile for China to reflect and take as examples.
