摘要
合理配置对水资源利用效率具有重要影响。根据水资源配置管理的一些相关问题,探讨建立政府宏观调控、流域民主协商、准市场运作和用水户参与管理的水资源配置模式,以加强水资源统一管理和可持续利用。
Rational allocation of water resources has an important influence on the efficiency of the utilization of water resources. In light of problems concerning the allocation of water resources management, this paper explores the establishment of government macro-control, watershed democratic consultation, quasi market operation and participatory management mode of distribution of water resources in an effort to strengthen the unified management of water resources and sustainable use.
