摘要
目的:评价传统中药汤剂辨证加减治疗气阴两虚证、心脾两虚证、肝阳上亢证、痰热扰心证冠心病的临床疗效,从而为中医药治疗冠心病提供临床依据。方法:回顾性分析张明雪教授在辽宁中医药大学附属医院心血管内科门诊及住院诊治的120例冠心病患者,统计分析生脉饮、归脾汤、天麻钩藤饮和温胆汤分别治疗气阴两虚证、心脾两虚证、肝阳上亢证和痰热扰心证冠心病的临床疗效。结果:总有效率为80.83%,气阴两虚、心脾两虚、肝阳上亢、痰热扰心各证型有效率分别为73.34%、80%、76.66%、93.33%,各证型间两两比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05),且未出现任何不良反应和不良反应。胸痛、胸闷、气短、心悸等主要伴随症状治疗后指标有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:临床辨证采用生脉饮、归脾汤、天麻钩藤饮和温胆汤加减治疗冠心病,可有效提高患者临床疗效,改善生存质量,具有安全性。
Objective：To evaluate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine decoctions on qi and Yin deficiency syn- drome, heart and spleen both deficiency, fiver Yang hyperactivity syndrome, phlegm heat disturbing heart syndrome of coronary heart disease （CHD） so as to provide the clinical basis for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of coronary CHD. Methods：The retrospective analysis was about professor ZHANG Mingxue in Cardiovascular Internal Medicine Outpatient in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine treating 120 patients with CHD. The statistical analysis of Shengmai Decoction, Guipi Decoction,Tianma Gouteng Drink and Wendan Decoction of qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, heart and spleen both deficiency, liver ~ang hyperactivity syndrome, phlegm heat disturbing heart syndrome of CHD was carried out. Results： The total effective rate was 80.83%. The effective rate order of qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,heart and spleen both deficiency, liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome, phlegm heat disturbing heart syndrome were respectively 73.34% ,80% ,76.66% ,93.33% and either two syndrome types had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. There were no adverse reactions or side effects. Chest pain, chest tightness, shortness of breath, palpitations and other major accompanying symptom indexes after treatment had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Shengmai Decoction, Guipi Decoction, Tianma Gouteng Drink and Wendan Decoction of CHD can effectively improve the clinical curative effect and the quality of survival with security.
