摘要动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血（aneurysm subarachnoid hemorrhage，aSAH）为一种全球性高发病率和病死率的疾病，这多与其后期并发症相关，其中脑血管痉挛（cerebral vasopasm，CVS）在aSAH中的发生率达到30％～70％，为SAH患者死亡和残疾的主要原因。动脉瘤缺血性并发症予以治疗，可最大限度降低病死率及致残率，并能改善患者预后。目前有大量基础和临床试验进行研究，
