摘要
近10年来,我国风电产业发展迅速,产业链上各环节的内外部影响因素复杂多样,亟待明确影响风电产业链发展的各种因素影响程度及其关联关系。以河北省为例进行实证研究,构建风电产业链模型,并分析河北省风电产业链发展现状,应用调查问卷及统计学方法,识别出影响风电产业链发展的主要因素;建立了风电产业链发展影响因素解释结构模型,分析了因素间的层级结构,为识别并解决风电产业链关键问题,进行科学决策提供参考和借鉴。
The wind power industry has developed rapidly in China during the last ten years. As the in- ternal and external influencing factors of each link in the wind power industry chain are various and complex, it is urgent to clarify these influencing factors, and their importance and relationships. By taking Hebei province as an example for empirical study, a model of wind power industry chain is es- tablished and developing situation of wind power industry chain in Hebei province is analyzed. Through questionnaire survey and statistics, main influencing factors impacted on the development of wind pow- er industry chain are identified. And an interpretative structural model is set up to analyze the hierarchy structure for those main influencing factors. The results can provide valuable reference to identify and solve the key problems of wind power industry chain, as well as to make scientific decision.
