摘要
选取15份玉米自交系芽苗期的14个指标进行基本参数估计、主成分分析和聚类分析,结果显示14项指标分成4个主成分,其中生理指标和主根长的贡献率最大,占38.7%;聚类分析将供试自交系分成3类。主成分分析和聚类分析在结果上的一致性说明多因素分析技术在不同玉米自交系芽苗期抗旱性中的应用是可行的。
Fourteen indexes were used to apply basic parameter estimation, principal component analysis and cluster analysis,based on 15 maize inbred lines at seedling emergence stage. The results showed that 14 indexes were classified into 4 principal components, which the contribution rate of physiological indexes and main root length was highest, accounted for 38.7 %. 15 maize inbred lines were classified into 3 groups according to drought resistance coefficient by cluster analysis. The consistency between principal components analysis and cluster analysis indicated that multivariate analyses were feasible in the study of drought tolerance evaluation of maize inbred lines at seedling emergence stage
