早熟优质迷你型甘薯高效育种程序的建立与应用 被引量:7

Establishment and Application of High-efficient Breeding Technology System for Early-harvest,High-quality and Mini-type Varieties in Sweetpotato

摘要 鲜食用甘薯越来越受到人们的青睐,培育早熟优质结薯数多的迷你型甘薯品种符合甘薯生产与市场的需求。通过育种实践的总结,提出一种高效的早熟优质迷你型甘薯的育种技术体系,操作步骤为每个实生系种植晚夏薯3株,120d左右收获,选择结薯数多、薯块大小和产量均匀的高产品系;第2年多点鉴定品质、早熟性和丰产性;第3年通过企业生产试验与市场前景评价。以该育种程序选育出的新品种心香符合育种要求,并已经大面积推广应用,验证了该项技术的可行性。 Food sweetpotato (Ipomoea batatas Lam. ) has been more and more popular in China. It can meet the needs of producer and customers that to breed early-harvest, high-quality and mini-type varieties. In current paper, a high-efficient breeding technology system for early, high-quality, mini varieties in sweetpotato was summarized through breeding practice. The manipulation program was following steps. Firstly, the seedling clones were planted three plants in later-summer season, harvested them after 120 days, selecting clones with more market tuber number, even tuber size and high tuber yield. In second year, the selected clones were evaluated on eating quality, precocious tuber sprouting, higher yielding in multiple location trials. In third year, these lines evaluated on on-farmer trials and tuber appropriate for markets. Based on this program, a novel variety Xinxiang was bred, which was aiming to the breeding objectives of food sweetpotato. Meanwhile, it was verified the feasibility of this breeding system during this practice.
