摘要
为明确柳枝稷(Panicum virgatum L.)在低氮处理下的耐胁迫能力,在人工气候室中进行水培试验,对13个柳枝稷品种的总生物量、株高、分蘖数、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、叶表面积、根表面积和根长等8个评价指标做主成分分析,再根据计算出的主成分值做聚类分析。结果表明:总生物量、株高和分蘖数3个主成分的累计方差贡献率为90.84%,可以反映8个评价指标包含的主要信息。根据综合主成分值对13个品种进行评价,各品种综合表现排序依次为:Kanlow、Blackwell、Alamo、BJ-5、BJ-1、Trailblazer、Cave-inRock、Pathfinder、Forestburg、BJ-6、BJ-2、BJ-3、BJ-4。排名结果与实际观测的情况一致。聚类分析将13个品种分为两大类,与主成分分析的结论基本一致,但同时表明柳枝稷耐低氮胁迫性与其生态型的相关性并不明显。
For understanding the low nitrogen tolerance of switchgrss (Panicum virgatum L. ), eight traits of 13 swithgrass cultivars including total biomass, plant height, tiller number, chlorophyll content, Pn, leaf area, root area and root length were evaluated as indexes under hydroponic conditions of climatic chamber, which statistics analyses of principal component and cluster analysis were used. The results showed that the cumulative contribution rate of total biomass, plant height and tiller number reached 90.84% , that contained the major information of 8 traits. According to the principle component values of 13 cultivars ,they were evaluated and sorted as Kanlow, Blaekwell, Alamo, B J-5, B J-1, Trailblazer, Cave-in-Rock, Pathfinder, Forestburg, B J-6, B J-2, B J-3, B J-4, that was consistent with the actually observed. Cluster analysis showed there were two classes among 13 cuhivars, which was basically the same result with principal component analysis. At the same time, it was showed that the correlation was not so significant between switchgrass tolerance and its corresponding ecotype.
