摘要
2013年10月,利用在美国Kennesaw State University访学的机会,我对合作导师王晋教授进行了一次有关中国足球话题的学术访谈。王晋教授早年在国内接受过足球专业训练,后来长期从事运动心理学及运动技能学研究与教学,是一位被称为"懂足球"的运动心理学家。这次访谈的内容涉及影响足球运动成绩因素、青少年足球训练、反应时训练、心理训练、足球训练与比赛脱节问题、美国女足成功经验、中国足球打法、中国足球职业化、外籍教练聘用、国外球员引进、国内足球教练员存在的问题以及对中国足球发展展望等内容。王晋教授理论联系实际,从宏观到微观,从理念到方法,从训练、竞赛到管理,系统、全面地提出了一些关于中国足球运动发展的个人独到见解,希望能对处于低谷中的中国足球发展有所助益。
As a visiting scholar at Kennesaw State University in October 2013 ,I interviewed Prof .Wang Jin ,my collabora-tive advisor ,for discussing the various topics of China soccer development .Prof .Wang Jin received professional soccer training during the period of his early adulthood in the Zhejiang Province of China .His expertise is in the areas of sport psychology and motor learning and he is a recognized sports psychologist with the deep knowledge in soccer .I had a chance to interview Prof .Wang Jin to learn his perspectives in China soccer such as the contributing factors to soccer performance , youth soccer movement ,reaction-time training ,mental training ,the potential reasons for the gap between practice and competition performances ,the winning formula of Anson Dorrance’s coaching principles for the U .S .Women’s National Team ,the effective play styles of China soccer ,the impact of foreign coaches and players in China ,the current issues and new visions of the development of Chinese professional soccer ,and the recommended strategies of China soccer .Prof . Wang Jin carefully responded all of my questions and he was able to integrate theory to practice for providing the insightful perspectives of the China soccer development .The aforementioned topics were from micro to macro ,from a single idea to overall operation ,from practice to competition ,and from technical issue to management system .I believe that Prof .Wang Jin’s interview presentation would stimulate and inspire our Chinese soccer professionals who could join our discussions and formulate the new national strategies of advancing our soccer performance .Needless to say ,soccer is the sport Chinese people love dearly and is also the sport that attracts the largest audience at the worldwide scope .
