摘要
钢质锻件在热态锻造条件下,应对所涉及贯穿锻造过程始终、监视和测量频率较高以及对锻件"成形"与"改性"效果影响较大的锻造高温参数进行确认与控制;采用科学、合理、适宜、规范、可靠和有效的方法对锻造高温参数进行确认与控制,可有效提高锻造过程控制能力。
Steel forge piece in the condition of hot forging, by validating and controlling the forging high-temperature parameters of high monitoring and measuring frequency and the influential parameters on forging forming and modification through the whole forging process. Validating and controlling the forging high-temperature parameters by using the scientific, reasonable and appropriate, standard, reliable and effective methods can effectively increase the control ability of the forging process.
