摘要
运用DEA-Malmquist指数,测度了1996—2010年中国大陆30个省市高技术产业全要素生产率的变化和差距,并对其影响因素进行了分析。研究表明:技术进步在各地区差异明显,但各地区全要素生产率的增长具有趋同的趋势。相比东部地区,中西部地区技术效率对全要素生产率的推动作用更为明显。从全要素生产率的影响因素来看,科技活动人员、对外开放水平对全要素生产率的影响为正,市场化程度对全要素生产率的影响为负,研发强度、政府管理水平对全要素生产率的影响并不显著。
This paper uses DEA-Malmquist index method to measure total factor productivity of high-tech industry in China, and analyzes the factors that influence the TFP at the same time. The result shows that the technical progress is obviously different in differ- ent regions, but high-tech industry TFP has the trend of convergence. Compared with the eastern region, central and western regions' technical efficiency play more obvious roles in promoting the total factor productivity. From the perspective of the influence factors of to- tal factor productivity, science and technology activities and the level of opening up have positive effect on total factor productivity, marketization's effect on the total factor productivity is negative. The strength of R&D and the level of government management have no significant impact on total factor productivity.
