摘要
目的研究原发性睾丸恶性淋巴瘤的临床病理及免疫表型特点。方法对 7例原发性睾丸恶性淋巴瘤进行组织形态学观察和免疫组化标记。结果原发性睾丸恶性淋巴瘤临床多见于老年 ,表现为病变睾丸不同程度肿大。组织学类型多为弥漫型B细胞性恶性淋巴瘤。结论原发性睾丸恶性淋巴瘤是具有特征性的病变 ,确诊依赖于组织学观察 ,免疫组化标记对鉴别诊断非常重要。
Objective To research the clinicopathological immunohistochemical of primary testivular malignant lymphoma. Methods 7 cases of primary testicular malignant lymphomas were determined by clinicopathological and immunohistochemical methods. Results The patients of primary testivular malignant lymphoma were frequently occurring elder adults, testis swelling and diffuse B-lymphomas. Conclusions Primary testicular malignant lymphoma was a specific disease. The definite diagnosis depend on the histopathology and immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry plays an important role in differential diagnosis.
