摘要
针对工业领域中对温度、压力、流量等物理量进行精确稳定控制的问题,探讨了一种基于气动调节阀的一体化智能测控装置。装置集气动阀门定位器、被控物理量传感器及调节器等于一体,主要采用参数自整定模糊PID控制算法。在对该装置的工作原理作了简要说明后,以气体压力控制为例分析了控制对象的数学模型以及控制器的设计方法,通过仿真验证了装置的可行性,最后简单介绍了一体化装置的技术实现方案。
A new integrated intelligent measurement and control device is designed for industrial process control,which is based on pneumatic valve. It combines pneumatic valve positioner,controlled variable measurement and regulators as a whole. The overall device architecture, object mathematical models, controller design are analyzed subsequently. The feasibility of this device design has been proved by simulation,and its implementation scheme has been introduced briefly at last.
