摘要
2011年7月,作者在分析Ф22mm的钢筋剪切开裂时,发现其裂纹处为含有大量小黑点的铁素体带,通过金相、电镜和能谱的检测,并结合对中轧件的低倍检验,证实这是一起因连铸坯内部裂纹引起的钢筋剪切开裂。铁素体带上的黑点主要是硫化物夹杂,铁素体带是由大量小夹杂物引起的先共析铁素体所形成。
July, 2011, when we analyzed causes of cut crack of Ф22mm steel bar, we found that at the crack were ferrite band with a lot of small black spots. By testing with metallographie microscope, SEM and EDS and macroscopically checking medium wiled sample, we confirmed that internal crack in billet leaded to the cut crack of the bar. The black spots in ferrite band are mainly sulfide inclusion, and the ferrite band is pre-eutectoid ferrite arising from a lot of the small inclusion.
