摘要
《女科要旨》是陈修园先生总结前人与自己的临床心得,以问答方式在调经,种子,胎前,产后,杂病,外科6个方面进行论述。陈修园先生认为,女子以血为主,若月经不调,则首先关注脾胃,而治疗月经病也应首重脾胃,文中详细的说明了脾胃与月经病的直接联系,并引用了两则病例来说明,妇女与室女月经不调病因的不同,应当加以区别。在治疗月经病上,陈修园先生总结了前人的观点,认为治疗月经病方法上首要分清寒热虚实,方药上则应当遵从《伤寒论》《金匮要略》等唐代以前经典,体现了陈修园先生尊崇经典的观点。
Gist of Gynecology is Chen Xiuyuan＇s summary of predecessors＇ and his own clinical experiences. His book discusses six aspects such as regulation of menstrual function, fertilization, prenatal, postpartum, miscellaneous disease and surgery in answer-and-question format. Chen Xinyuan holds the view that blood is of key importance to women. If irregular menstruation occurs,spleen and stomach should be given first attention. Treatment for irregular menstruation should also at- tach importance to spleen and stomach. In this paper, detailed description of the direct link between spleen and stomach and menstrual disease is made. Through two cases, he explains the different causes of irregular menstruation between married and unmarried women. They should be distinguished in the treatment of menstrual disorders. Chen Xiuyuan summarized predecessors＇ points of view and thought heat, cold, deficiency and excess of menstrual disease should be distinguished. Drag selection should comply with classical books before Tang Dynasty such as Treatise on Febrile Disease, Synopsis of Golden Chamber, which reflected Chen Xiuyuan＇s respect for classical points of view.
