摘要
以纽约、伦敦、东京为全球性国际贸易中心城市的样本,以香港、新加坡为区域性国际贸易中心城市的样本,在分析各自地理区位、产业特征、基础设施和制度建设的基础上,总结其建设过程中的经验。最后得出,国际贸易中心城市具有的四大共性特征是:优越的地理区位和港口条件是国际贸易中心城市建设的基础;发达的制造业是国际贸易中心城市建设的先期产业基础,发达的服务业是后期的保障;完善的基础设施和良好的制度保障,是国际贸易中心城市建设的重要保障条件。
New York, London, Tokyo sample global international trade center of the city, Hong Kong, Singapore, sample regional international trade center of the city, on the basis of their geographic location, industry characteristics, infrastructure and institution building on the analysis,we summarize their experience in the process of construction. Finally, we come to such a conclusion, first of all, excellent geographical location and port conditions is the basis for the construction of an international trade center of the city, and secondly, well-developed manufacturing in- dustry is the basis of the International Trade Centre pre-industrial urban construction, again, well-developed service industry is to protect the latter, the fi- nal sound infrastructure and good security system is an important security conditions in international trade center city construction. That is the four common features of the ITC.
