摘要 从TCP射孔监测技术和深井射孔监测技术两个方面讨论了常规射孔监测装置和技术,概括了其作业原理和特点。针对常规装置和技术存在的难点问题展开讨论,提出了新型Plus脉冲压力计射孔监测装置及其技术,现场应用表明Plus脉冲压力计能满足多级射孔对压力的监测,其采点率高速且能够捕捉射孔瞬间射孔枪附近的压力变化,可用于射孔和压裂作业,其具有较强的推广价值和应用价值。 The regular perforation monitoring device and technology were discussed from two monitoring technologies aspects of TCP perforation and deep well perforation, its operation theory and features were summarized. The problems existed in the regular device and technology were discussed, new PLUS pulse pressure gauge perforation monitoring device and technology were put forward. The field application has proved that PLUS pulse pressure gauge can meet the needs of pressure monitoring for multistage perforation. It has fast sampling rate and is able to catch the pressure change near perforating gun during perforating moment. This new PLUS pulse pressure gauge can be used to perforating operation and fracture operation, it possesses strong promotion value and application value.
