摘要
深业物流中心塔楼建筑高度316.16m,采用框架-核心筒结构体系。比较了钢筋混凝土楼盖体系与钢结构楼盖体系对结构工作性能及经济性的影响;探讨了为满足剪重比要求而设置加强层的合理性。针对超限高层建筑进行了结构弹性、弹塑性分析和针对一些不规则项的专项分析。分析结果表明,选取的结构体系是合理的,且结构性能满足抗震设防性能目标的要求。
Shenye Logistics Center Tower building with the height of 316. 16 meters adopts frame-core wall structural system. The influence of concrete floor system and steel floor system on structural performance and economic efficiency was compared. The rationality of the installation of strengthening layers to satisfy the requirement of shear-weight ratio was discussed. Elastic analysis,elasto-plastic analysis and specializedanalysis targeting at some irregular specifications were carried out on this out-of-code super-tall building. Analysis results conclude that the selected structural system is suitable and its structural performance can meet the requirements of performance-based seismic fortification targets.
