早产儿生后脑追赶性发育及其电生理评价 被引量:3

摘要 随着社会的进步、医疗条件及技术的日益提高,早产儿出生率及存活率与日俱增.早产儿生后在体格发育方面存在追赶性生长,脑的发育也存在相似现象.但是,目前对于早产儿生后脑追赶性发育的过程、影响脑追赶性发育的因素以及最终结局,尚不十分清楚.现就早产儿生后脑追赶性发育情况及其影响因素、评价方法进行综述,以加深临床医生对早产儿生后脑追赶性发育及其实际发育程度的认识,为早期干预促进早产儿神经系统发育提供理论依据.
