摘要
针对运输货物在路面随机激励下发生损伤的机理进行了研究,通过建立整车-包装-货物系统的Adams动力学仿真模型,分析了车速为10m/s时B级路面下货物的振动响应,结果表明货物在低频段损伤最大;而通过合理调整后悬架刚度和包装材料阻尼系数可以有效改善货物的振动响应,为车辆设计参数和货物包装参数的选择提供了理论参考依据。
Based on road surface roughness,response characteristics of the damage to goods and the effect of the rear suspension stiffness and packaging damping coefficient is obtained.Vehicle-Packaging-Goods dynamics model was built up with ADAMS.The results show that the maximum damage occurs in low-frequency range.RMS value of the goods was effected by the rear suspension stiffness and packaging damping coefficient.This provides a scientific basis for car design and selects appropriate packaging parameters.
