摘要 金山区朱泾体育中心活动屋盖钢结构拉杆张拉工程,在拉杆分批张拉过程中,采用顺序分析法避免复杂的拉杆内力相互影响分析,并快速准确地模拟分批张拉的施工过程,得到各加载步时张拉杆的张拉控制力,作为施工依据。施工时采用临时索对结构张拉预变形后安装钢拉杆。预应力施工的监测结果与理论分析结果符合较好,表明结构在预应力施工过程中是安全的,临时索的做法是可行的,验证了理论分析的准确性。 The steel tension rod in the active roof of the Zhujing Sports Center in the Jinshan District was studied. During a multistage tensioning construction process, the sequence analysis method was used to avoid the analysis of steel rod interactions. A fast and accurate simulation of the tension construction process was adopted, in which the tension of rods in each loading step was obtained for engineering reference. Temporary cables were used to provide pre-deformation of the structure before the tension of steel rods. Monitoring and theoretical analysis results were in good agreement, which ensures the safety of the structure in the prestressed construction and verifies the feasibility of the temporary cable method and theoretical analysis accuracy.
