摘要
目的 建立微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定大花红景天中有害重金属的方法.方法 以硝酸+过氧化氢作为消解体系,微波消解用作前处理,电感耦合等离子体质谱作为检测手段,同时测定大花红景天中铅(Pb)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)的含量.结果 Pb、As、Hg、Cd、Cu线性关系良好(r ≥0.9995),方法检出限0.005~0.01 mg/kg,方法回收率85.5%~97.1%,RSD 0.6%~6.1%.结论 本法简便、准确、灵敏度高,重复性好,可为大花红景天的质量控制提供依据.
Objective To develop a method for the simultaneous determination of Pb,As,Hg,Cd,Cu in Rhodiola crenulata by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).Methods Taking HNO3+H2O2 as the system of digestion,microwave digestion as the pre-treatment method,the contents of Pb,As,Hg,Cd,Cu in Rhodiola crenulata were determined by ICP-MS.Results All the elements showed good linearity (r≥ 0.9995).The detection limits of the method were 0.005-0.01 mg/kg.The average recoveries were 85.5 %-97.1% with RSD of 0.6 %-6.1%.Conclusion The developed method can be convenient,accurate,sensitive and reproducible,and suitable for the quality control of Rhodiola crenulata.
