摘要
通过不同振动模式下的Al2O3工程陶瓷普通研磨与超声研磨压力对比分析,得出超声研磨时单颗磨粒的受力大小及受力方向,并通过试验研究了各工艺参数对研磨压力的影响规律。结果表明,超声研磨压力小于普通研磨,且不同工艺参数下的轴向研磨压力要小于切向研磨;随着各工艺参数的变化,普通研磨压力与超声研磨压力的变化规律基本相同,过大或过小的工艺参数均不能得到较小的研磨压力;超声振动研磨是适合工程陶瓷等硬脆材料的一种高效加工方法。
Based on the contrast analysis on common and ultrasonic lapping with different vibration models, the direction and magnitude of the force upon single grit were obtained; influence rules of different processing parameters on lapping pressure were carried out through experimentation. Results show that the pressure achieved in ultrasonic lapping is less than that in common lapping, and the axial pressure is the minimum. Moreover, the change of the lapping pressure in common and ultrasonic lapping are basically the some with the change of processing parameters, smaller lapping pressure can not be achieved when pracessing parameters are too big or too small. Therefore, ultrasonic lapping is a high efficient process method suitable for hard and brittle materials.
