类风湿关节炎关节置换围手术期处理 被引量：3

摘要 近年来人工关节置换技术相对成熟,类风湿关节炎(RA)患者围手术期处理依然受到关注。围手术期评估有利于早期了解患者医疗状况、总体健康及其他伴发疾病,从而探知手术风险因素并加以控制。该文就RA患者人工关节置换围手术期评估、药物治疗、预防性应用抗生素、术后深静脉血栓预防和术后功能锻炼等研究进展作一综述。
