摘要
目前吸收剂量的测量方法有多种,对低能电子束吸收剂量进行测量时,由于受到电子束穿透深度、热效应、动态加工等因素的影响,可用方法很少,通常用显色薄膜剂量片进行测量.本文采用FWT-60-00薄膜显色剂量片测量1MeV低能电子束进行辐照加工时的吸收剂量,研究了吸收剂量与束流强度、辐照时间、束下装置运行速度的关系,测量了材料中吸收剂量的深度分布,并对加速器能量进行了校正.结果表明:在相同的辐照时间和电子能量下,吸收剂量随束流的增加线性增长;速度较高时,吸收剂量与小车速度也呈现出良好的线性关系.
There were many methods to measure the absorbed dosage,while due to the effect of low penetrating depth,thermal effects,dynamic processing,and other factors few methods were available to measure the radiation dosage of electron irradiation with low energy,the color film dosimeter was usually used to measure.In this paper,the radio chromic film dosimeter(FWT-60-00thin films)was used to measure the dose of low energy electron beam at the energy of 1 MeV used for irradiation processing. The relation between the radiation dosage and the beam intensity,irradiation time and the speed of the beam device was investigated,and the depth distribution of irradiation dose was measured,the energy of the accelerator was corrected.The results showed that,with the same time and the electron energy,the absorbed dose was grown linearly with the beam;the dosage and the speed of beam device showed a good linear relationship at high speed.
