摘要
[目的]确定降香黄檀最佳的容器育苗方法。[方法]对降香黄檀容器苗培育过程中以不同的容器规格、不同的基质配比、不同的肥料为因素开展正交试验,初步研究容器规格、基质组合、肥料种类对当年生长的降香黄檀容器苗的苗高、地径、根系长及冠幅影响。[结果]容器苗各生长性状受到不同容器规格×基质组合×肥料种类交互作用影响,使得不同处理之间生长差异十分显著。[结论]综合比较认为,容器规格40 cm×50 cm、基质配比为椰糠∶蔗糠∶大田土=1∶1∶1以及含N为3%的复合肥的组合最适合降香黄檀容器苗的生长。
[Objective] To determine the best method of container seedling of Dalbergia odorifera.[Method] This paper was conducted using orthogonal design to study that the effects of different container sizes,media mixture ratios and fertilizers on Dalbergia odorifera by means of height,diameter,root length and crown width.The growth of seedlings in various treatment combinations of different factors and different levels was analyzed.[Result] Different container sizes,media mixture ratios and fertilizers have significant effects on Dalbergia odorifera by means of height,diameter,root length and crown width.[Conclusion] The best treatment combination was obtained as container dimension 40 cm × 50 cm,culture medium formula coconut husk ∶ sugarcane slag ∶ peat soil =1 ∶ 1 ∶ 1,compound fertilizers and application rate 3 ％ nitrogen.
