摘要
目的:改良山葵现有品种,丰富物种资源,增加其有效成分的含量。方法:采用正交试验法考察了秋水仙素浓度、秋水仙素浸泡时间和浸泡温度对山葵种子多倍体诱导率的影响。结果:在考察的各因素中,对山葵植物种子多倍体诱导率的影响大小为秋水仙素的浓度>秋水仙素浸泡时间>秋水仙素浸泡的温度。结论:用L9(33)正交试验筛选出诱导山葵多倍体植株的最佳组合条件为A3 B3 C3,即用1.0%的秋水仙素溶液在20℃的条件下浸泡山葵种子24 h,其多倍体诱导率最高,为50.847%。经植物形态组织学和染色体数检测,诱导后的植物材料具有明显的多倍体特征。
Objective : Improved Wasabi existing varieties, enriched in species resources, increased their content of active ingredients. Conclusion : Using L9 ( 33 ) orthogonal test induced polyploid plants wasabi optimal induction conditions, the best combination of polyploid induction A 3 B 3 C 3, which uses 1.0% colchicine treatment of seeds, placed at 20℃ 24 h, its highest rate of polyploid induction up to 50. 847%. Plant material has obvious characteristics after induction of polyploid by detection of histology plant morphology and chromosome number.
