摘要
随着社会主义市场经济的发展，垄断已成为我国社会经济生活中比较普遍的现象。通过对德国《反限制竞争法》相关内容的研究和分析，结合我国行业自律价现象的特点，对行业自律价的性质、规范和豁免等方面进行了思考，以期对我国规范行业自律价及类似行为有所裨益。
With the development of socialist market economy, monopoly has become a relatively common phenomenon in the economic life of our society. By studying and analysing some relavant contents of German Law of Antirestrictive Competition, by combining the features of our country ' s trade self - restraint price, this article re flects on the nature , standardization and exemption of the trade self - restraint price , hoping that it can bring benefits to our country's standardization of trade self - restraint price and of similar activities.
