摘要 为实时监测风力发电机组的运行状态,提高故障诊断系统的智能化程度,设计了一套基于硬件数据采集系统结合Matlab、组态软件WinCC的风力发电机组实时在线监测和故障诊断系统。通过数据采集系统的硬件选择和连接,建立了数据采集器与Matlab、WinCC之间的实时通讯,并在Matlab中应用小波包和神经网络智能算法完成齿轮箱和发电机轴承数据处理,实现了故障诊断结果的实时显示。 To achieve real-time monitoring of wind turbines and improve intelligent fault diagnosis,a real-time online monitoring and fault diagnosis system is developed for wind turbines with a hardware data acquisition system combined with Matlab and configuration software WinCC. Hardware selection and connection of the data acquisition system is designed.Real-time communication between the data acquisition unit and the Matlab/WinCC-based software is set up.The wavelet packet and neural network intelligent algorithm in Matlab are applied to realize data processing for the gearbox and generator bearings.The fault diagnosis results are presented.
