摘要
针对传统多电平变流器存在电容电压不平衡或提供直流电源的移相变压器体积大、成本高的问题,提出了一种基于级联H桥和多绕组中频变压器的三相多电平变流器;介绍了该变流器的电路结构和工作原理,详细分析了该变流器的控制方式。仿真结果表明,该变流器具有稳定的静态特性、良好的动态特性,且电流谐波含量低。
In view of problems of unbalanced capacitor voltage, or big volume and high cost of phaseshifting transformer which provides DC power existed in traditional multilevel converter, the paper proposed a three-phase multilevel converter based on cascaded H-bridge and multi-winding mediumfrequency transformer. It introduced circuit structure and working principle of the converter, and analyzed control method of the converter in details. The simulation results show that the converter has stable static characteristics, good dynamic characteristics and little current harmonic.
