摘要
通过焊接试验、拉伸试验和金相分析研究了层间温度对30CrMnSiA调质钢焊接接头回火软化的影响。当层间温度低于200℃时,软化区原调质组织发生变化,接头的抗拉强度低于标准规定值。当层间温度等于300℃时,金相组织为调质时的正常的回火索氏体,接头抗拉强度与母材抗拉强度之比可达96.7%以上。
In this paper, through the analysis of test, tensile test and metallographic welding, to study the influence of temperature between layers of 30CrMnSiA steel welded joint tempering softening. When the layer temperature is below 200 ℃ , the tempering softening zone organization changes, the tensile strength of the joints is lower than the standard value. When the layer temperature, is 300 ℃, the mierostructure of quenched and tempered when normal tempered sorbite, tensile strength of weld joints and base metal ratio can reach more than 96.7%.
