黔东南小香鸡肉鸡蛋白质氨基酸模式研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究旨在探讨蛋白质氨基酸模式对黔东南小香鸡生长性能、肉质营养成分的影响。选用体重1 084 g左右的黔东南小香鸡396只,按试验要求随机分为22组,每组设3个重复,每个重复6只,分别饲喂基础日粮和在基础日粮中分别添加不同种类、不同水平的氨基酸日粮,饲养试验时间33 d。结果表明:试验1组肉鸡日增重比对照组提高16.72%(P<0.05),料重比减少15.81%(P<0.05),脂肪含量降低6.25%(P<0.05);试验5组肉鸡日增重比对照组降低0.9%(P>0.05),料重比减少14.19%(P<0.05),脂肪含量降低4.69%(P>0.05);试验9组肉鸡日增重比对照组提高7.19%(P>0.05),料重比减少11.35%(P<0.05);脂肪含量降低15.63%(P<0.05);试验11组肉鸡日增重比对照组降低4.08%(P<0.05),料重比减少8.92%(P<0.05),脂肪含量降低12.50%(P<0.05);试验14组肉鸡日增重比对照组提高39.19%(P<0.05),料重比减少28.38%(P<0.05),脂肪含量降低17.19%(P<0.05);试验17组肉鸡日增重比对照组降低1.24%(P>0.05),料重比减少14.19%(P<0.05),脂肪含量降低20.31%(P<0.05);试验21组肉鸡日增重比对照组提高4.63%(P>0.05),料重比减少14.60%(P<0.05),脂肪含量降低9.38%(P<0.05)。但是各试验组鸡肉中蛋白质、氨基酸含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果提示,日粮中适当的必需氨基酸水平可以提高肉鸡的生长性能、饲料转化率,降低鸡肉的脂肪含量。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of performance and fleshy nutrition with protein amino acid pattern of Xiaoxiang chicken in Qiandongnan. Three hundred and ninety six XiaoXiang chicks in Qiandongnan, weighing an average of 1 084 g, were randomly assigned to twen- ty-two dietary treatments with three replicates and six chicks with each pen. Control group received the tmsal diet, and test groups were fed basic diet supplemented with different amino acids levels. The feed- ing Irial lasted for 33 days. The results showed that: The test group 1 ADG raised 16.72% than control group (P〈0.05), feed weight ratio reduced by 15.81% (P〈0.05), EE decreased by 6.25% (P〈0.05); the test group 5 ADG decreased 0.9% than control group (P〉0.05), feed weight ratio reduced by 14.19% (P〈 0.05), EE decreased by 4.69% (P〉0.05); the test group 9 ADG raised 7.19% than control group (P〈 0.05), feed weight ratio reduced by 11.35% (P〈0.05), the EE was down 15.63%(P〈0.05), the test group 11 ADG decreased 4.08% than control group (P〈0.05), feed weight ratio reduced by 8.92% (P〈0.05), EE decreased by 12.50% (P〈0.05); the test group 14 ADG raised 39.19% than control group (P〈0.05), feed weight ratio reduced by 28.38%(P〈0.05), EE decreased by 17.19%(P〈0.05); test group 17 ADG than the eontrol group decreased by 1.24% (P〉 0.05), feed weight ratio reduced by 14.19% (P〈 0.05), EE decreased by 20.31%(P〈0.05); the test group 21 ADG raised 4.63% than control group (P〉0.05), feed weight ratio reduced by 14.60% (P〈0.05), EE decreased by 9.38% (P〈0.05). But there was no obvious difference in chicken pro- tein, amino acid content between different groups(P〉0.05).These results indicated that the diets with appropriate levels of essential amino acids could im- prove growth performance, feed weight rate of broilers, and reduce the ether extract content in chicken.
