摘要
为达到合理选用贾卡导纱针的目的,对压电陶瓷贾卡导纱针偏移特点进行分析。在此基础上通过使用动态分析三维显微系统构建实验平台,并对两种力矩的贾卡导纱针在不同编织张力条件下的偏移时间进行测试。总结出编织张力对贾卡导纱针偏移时间的影响以及两种力矩的贾卡导纱针分别适用的编织张力和最高机速范围。提出一种压电陶瓷贾卡导纱针的选配方法,并以双针床毛绒贾卡经编机的贾卡导纱针选配为例进行验证,结果表明该选配方法合理、实用。
In order to select the jacquard yarn guide appropriately, the paper analyzes the offset characteristic of piezoelectric ceramic jacquard yarn guide. A test experimental platform is established by using the dynamic anal-ysis of three-dimensional microscopy system. Under different knitting tension conditions, the offset time of jacquard yarn guide of two kinds of torques is tested. Accordingly, this paper summarizes the effects of knitting tension on the offset time and the suitable knitting tension and maximum knitting speed scope for these two kinds of yarn guides. In addition, this paper puts forward a reasonable and simple selecting and matching method, which is illus-trated on double needle bar jacquard plush warp knitting machine. The results show that this method is reasonable and practical.
