摘要
测试PBT纱线的拉伸断裂强力、断裂伸长率和沸水收缩率等物理指标,并用该纱线开发出一种弹力面料,介绍了其编织和染整工艺,包括设备、原料、整经、送经量、染色和定形温度等,以及生产过程中需要注意的事项。通过试验对比了PBT弹力面料和锦氨弹力面料的弹性,总结出PBT弹力面料相比锦氨弹力面料弹性稍差,但具有更优异的弹性回复能力,可以考虑将其用作锦氨弹力面料的替代产品。
This paper tests the physical indexes of PBT yarn including the force and elongation at break,shrink-age after being treated in boiling water. In addition, this paper develops a warp-knitted elastic fabric by using the kind of yarn, and introduces the knitting, dyeing and finishing technology, which includes the machine, material, warping, warp run-in, dyeing and heat-setting temperature, and points out some precautions in the production pro-cess. It also compares the elasticity of PBT elastic fabric and nylon elastic fabric, it is found that the elongation of PBT elastic fabric is smaller than that of nylon elastic fabric, but has excellent elastic recovery, which can be used as substitute of nylon elastic fabric.
