贮木场火灾细水雾喷头结构改进与CFD仿真 被引量:6

摘要 以细水雾灭火技术应用于贮木场火灾为背景,针对常见的压力式单回路细水雾喷头进行结构改进,采用Fluent软件进行仿真与模拟,选取最优的第二级雾化机构的孔径大小,通过对比压力云图、速度云图和密度云图评定喷头性能。模拟结果表明:在相同的条件下,增加二级雾化机构的喷头可以在射程、雾粒的均匀度方面提高细水雾质量,使细水雾更好地适应贮木场火灾的特点,提高其灭火效率。 Based on the application of water mist for logyard,the structure improvement of the single-loop pressure water mist nozzle was realized,and the optimal size of the mechanical structure was determined by simulation using Flent software. Performance of the nozzle was assessed through simulated pressure image,velocity image,and density image. It was shown that under the same conditions two stage atomization mechanism of the nozzle could improve the quality of water mist in uniformity range and uniformity of spray particle. Therefore,the mist fits the characteristics of log yard's fire and can improve firefighting efficiency.
