摘要
基于沸腾气泡消失过程的可视化试验研究,提出了气泡消失假设,根据能量方程和变形分析建立了气泡消失数学模型并经试验验证。根据缸盖内流场特征和沸腾气泡特点提出气泡消失控制方法,以避免气泡对节温器等部件造成损害。根据核化理论提出气泡聚合抑制方法,缸盖应避免铸造砂眼。
Based on a visualization experimental study on the process of boiling bubble disappearance,assumptions of bubble disappearance are put forward,and a mathematical model for bubble disappearance is established and verified by tests.According to the features of the flow field in cylinder head and boiling bubbles,a control scheme for bubble vanishing is proposed to avoid the damage of components such as thermostat by bubbles.In the end a suggestion is made for suppressing bubble coalescence based on nucleation theory that the blowholes in cylinder head casting should be avoided.
